Molecular Docking Evaluation of the Desert Truffles as Potent Antifungal Inhibitors

The research investigated the possible antifungal behavior of forty-four truffles bioactive compounds conducted to investigate interaction modes these inhibitors against three different types fungal proteins: Candida albicans, Blastomyces dermatitidis, and Ganoderma microsporum. applied method in contrast ketoconazole griseofulvin revealed anti-fungal agents ergosterol, Catechin gallate rutin. With respect Albicans, maximum binding energy was ergosterol (-11.75 Kcal/mol), followed then by catechin (-11.46 Kcal/mol) rutin (-9.90 Kcal/mol). Compared Blastomyces, microsporum protein with most negative among other components truffle is found be a relatively similar for same compounds. Ergosterol demonstrated highest capacity while scored lowest desert have yet studied vitro future.
